Unless you have explicit written permission from me, you do not have permission to use any of my writing in the training of your AI products or materials.

Furthermore, if I obtain evidence that you have used my writing without permission to train your AI, or that it can be used to generate AI art based on my works, I will pursue legal action against you and your business under UK copyright laws.

This also includes any businesses using data-sets/libraries that are based on pirated digital versions of my works or translated works, data-sets such as LibGen.

I will also pursue legal action internationally using current precedents.

You have the option to contact me and agree to a settlement before legal action is taken.
